After having numerous front teeth problems after having braces when I was a child, attending a free consultation with WM , and deciding on dental implants for my 4 top front teeth, I am now smiling all the time, and NO more pain, from teeth that were wiggling in my gums. I should have done this a lot sooner, no one should suffer.

My mom is very high anxiety. She hates going to Doctors. But she loves going to see Dr Martin. He is very gentle and caring. He has placed 2 implants on her, which she is thrilled with. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom.

Very friendly staff, make you feel like family. Took time to listen to my concerns. I had two implants put in and it was the easiest and most pain free dental experience I’ve ever had and I’m 58 years old.. I love it there. I normally have anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr Martin and Dr Westermeier took that anxiety away

Love this place and all the doctors and staff! I had all my teeth pulled and all implants put in on September 28th 2015. They have all been so caring and making sure I'm always doing well. Today was my visit to see how my implants held up. Took off top express smile and implants held up and so strong and gums look so healthy. Bottom all implants held up except one. They said it happens when I have so many implants done at once. Got a new implant put in today. Now just waiting for it start the healing process.

Dr. Martin is committed to providing his patients with the finest cosmetic sedation dentistry procedures and care available. He has a special passion for fearful patients and listens to patient’s concerns. He understands the value of having a smile that is beautiful as well as healthy as he strives to help each patient achieve their ideal smile. With his extensive training and experience, Dr. Martin is able to offer exceptional care and comfort for the most challenging dental problems in advanced cosmetic, reconstructive, implant and sedation dentistry.
Dr. Martin is currently doing mostly just implants now. His vast experience in placing implants, bone grafting, make him a leading implant practitioner in WNY area.

Dr. Janae Garofalo DDS
Janae Garofalo was born in Utica, NY, but after attending grade school for a few years, Janae’s family relocated to Syracuse NY. Janae went to Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva NY where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. After undergrad, Janae found her way to Buffalo and attended the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Janae graduated dental school second in her class with Dean Commendation and magna cum laude honors. During her years at dental school, she fell in love with the city of Buffalo and decided to complete her post-doctoral training at the Buffalo VA hospital. During her time at the Buffalo VA, she was able to offer care ranging from restorative dentistry, oral surgery, periodontal surgery, endodontics, implant placement, and full mouth rehabilitation. Janae is also a part-time professor at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in the periodontics department.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Kenneth L. Anderson has been with Coastal Jaw Surgery since 2017. For the past 7 years, he has been practicing as a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Anderson specializes in dental alveolar surgery, Zygomatic implants, nerve repositioning for dental implants, temporary crowns for dental implants, temporary implants, guided implant surgery, complex bone and soft tissue grafting, general anesthesia, facial trauma, platelet rich fibrin, oral pathology including jaw cysts and tumors. In Trinity, Florida, he participates in Coastal Jaw Surgery's Pinnacle Study Club, which teaches dental clinicians in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Anderson is located in the Spring Hill office.
Among the areas of specialty for Dr. Anderson include dental alveolar surgery, implants, hard and soft tissue grafting, general anesthesia, facial trauma, cleft palates, and orthognathic surgeries. In addition to undergoing continuing education programs across the country, Dr. Anderson is continually learning and expanding his knowledge. Dr. Anderson has attended Dr. Arnett’s course for orthognathic surgery and Dr. Bedrossian’s zygomatic implant training courses. He works closely with various other medical and dental specialties including dentists, ENT, and sleep specialists.
